Elizabeth also provides individual counselling for adult men and women for various topics including but not limited to, stress management, emotion awareness, expression and regulation, anxiety, depression, parenting, coparenting and blended(ing) family issues, career and midlife questions and relationship with self challenges such as self confidence, self esteem and life transitions.
