While the focus is not exclusively on the couple relationship, that relationship does benefit from this type of work, especially if the partner is doing similar work.

Elizabeth also offers individual counselling for adult men and women for various topics including but not limited to, relationship with self and/or other, stress management, emotion awareness, expression and regulation, anxiety, depression, parenting, coparenting and blended(ing) family issues and career questions.

Please contact Elizabeth directly by email (contact page) to discuss whether a consultation session is the appropriate first step for you.

It addition to the counselling Elizabeth provides at Oakridge Counselling, she has worked as a Child Protection Worker at the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex and at Family and Children’s Services in Kitchener.
